Terms & Conditions

By signing up for a Tradieboost plan, you agree to the following terms.

1. What's included

Your written proposal sets out the services, fees and scope you have agreed to purchase. Our product is the Tradieboost System: website, CRM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and reporting, offered at three levels set by your monthly advertising spend. The parts switched on for your business are listed in your proposal. Website-only with ongoing care is also available.

AI Voice and Job Management Integration are optional, separately scoped products for Tradieboost clients. Setup, monthly service, usage and third-party charges are identified in your proposal. Advertising spend is separate from management fees.

2. What's not included

  • Major redesigns or advanced custom functionality beyond the productised scope
  • Marketing work beyond the parts switched on in your agreed scope
  • API integrations beyond our standard supported tools
  • Bespoke CRM consulting or non-standard automation (quoted separately)

3. Payment terms

  • All fees are charged automatically via Stripe.
  • Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable once work commences.
  • Ad spend (on marketing services) is billed direct to your card, at cost — never marked up.
  • You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
  • All fees are in AUD and are exclusive of GST; GST is added at invoice.

4. Cancellation

  • We continue hosting your website and providing platform access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • On cancellation you receive your website as static files you can host anywhere, and a CSV export of your contacts and pipeline (with reasonable notice).
  • Platform access is disabled after the billing cycle ends.
  • If you use marketing services, the Google/Meta ad accounts remain in your name — you keep the audiences, pixel data and learnings.

5. Fair use

We aim to be generous with support, but if requests significantly exceed normal use we may recommend a higher engagement plan or charge hourly for additional time. Abuse of the platform (e.g. spamming, violating third-party terms) may result in suspension.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or be held liable for outages, third-party issues (e.g. plugin or CRM platform bugs), or data loss. We do not guarantee lead volume or revenue — we guarantee delivery of the service as described. You are responsible for the content and legal compliance of your own website and communications.

7. Updates to terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. If major changes are made, we'll notify you via email at least 14 days in advance.

8. Platform use & compliance

The CRM platform is powered by licensed third-party software; by using it you agree to comply with its acceptable-use and anti-spam policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use (contact lists, email/SMS campaigns, automations) complies with all relevant laws, including privacy, data protection and marketing regulations. Abuse of the system (mass spamming, scraped contact lists, or illegal activity) may result in immediate suspension without refund. We reserve the right to revoke access if your usage violates the provider's terms or places our account at risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
